Cancellation Policy
Salon Cancellation Policy
I know things come up—kids get sick, work runs late, life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your hair appointment, please just let me know as soon as you can.
I do require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations.
If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or you no-show, 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file.
